Before you book: good to know

We want your stay to be amazing from the very beginning, so here are some important things to know before booking.

Our apartments are located in the heart of the jungle, so there are no paved roads — access is via dirt roads, but any car can drive through without problems. For maximum comfort, we recommend renting a car to get around Tulum and the surrounding areas. If you don’t have a car, renting a scooter is a great alternative. Parking is available outside and is safe.

Please note that water and/or power outages are common in Tulum. We do not have a generator, so it’s important to be prepared for occasional interruptions.

The jungle is a living and unique ecosystem: insects, arachnids, reptiles, amphibians, and other animals might appear in the accommodation. Most of them are harmless and play an important role in nature’s balance. If you encounter one, we suggest not harming it and helping it return to its natural habitat.

Even though we regularly fumigate, you might still find animals during your stay. We recommend keeping windows and doors closed. Please remember you’re staying in a natural environment — we do not offer refunds or accept cancellations if you encounter wildlife.

The cleaning fee covers the final cleaning after checkout. If you’d like extra cleaning during your stay, it is available at an additional cost and must be requested in advance (subject to availability).

After midnight, we kindly ask you to keep noise levels down and avoid loud gatherings to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

Finally, please take good care of the accommodation. If any items from the inventory are broken, damaged, stained, or lost, the replacement cost will be charged.
